1. Messages sent from Spessard Law Firm LLC will only be after receipt of an email containing a phone number and/or with your direct consent. These messages will be entirely related to the potential hiring of Spessard Law Firm LLC to represent you on your case and/or for current case correspondence as the need arises for fast response or small bits of information.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the messaging number. Upon sending "STOP" we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
